Projekta “Infrastruktūras uzlabošana industriālās zonas attīstībai Lizumā” mērķis ir industriālās zonas attīstība Lizumā, reģenerējot degradētās teritorijas un nodrošinot videi draudzīgu un vides ilgtspēju veicinošu teritoriālo izaugsmi un jaunu darba vietu radīšanu.Projekta ietvaros tiks veikta autoceļa Nr. 7-4 “Lizums – Kalēji – Avoti” pārbūve, paplašinot brauktuves joslas, nodrošinot apgaismojuma izbūvi un veicot ūdens novades sistēmas sakārtošanu, kā arī grants seguma pašvaldības autoceļa Nr. 7-5 “Kalēji – Mežāres – Elstes – Taures” posma 0.00-0.683km pārbūve, izbūvējot asfalta segumu. Projekta īstenošanas rezultātā tiks radīta 71 jauna darba vieta, piesaistītas privātās investīcijas 1 640 500 EUR apmērā un samazināta degradēto teritoriju platība - 6,21 ha.Īstenojot projekta ietvaros plānotās aktivitātes, tiks veicināta reģiona attīstība, radīta labvēlīga vide esošo uzņēmumu attīstībai un jaunu uzņēmumu veidošanai Lizuma pagastā, kā arī nodrošināta publiskās infrastruktūras sakārtošana sabiedrībai kopumā.Projekta īstenošanai nepieciešamais laika periods ir 21 mēnesis un tā īstenošanu plānots pabeigt līdz 2018.gada beigām.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 870 767,51 EUR, no tām attiecināmās izmaksas 858 618,29 EUR (85% jeb 729 825,54 EUR ir ERAF finansējums, 3,75% jeb 32 198,19 EUR valsts budžeta dotācija pašvaldībām un 11,25% jeb 96 594,56 EUR pašvaldības finansējums), neattiecināmās izmaksas 12 149,22 (elektronisko sakaru tīklu izmaksas, pašvaldības finansējums).
