Projekta mērķis ir veicināt SIA “Preco” produktivitātes un konkurētspējas paaugstināšanu, ieviešot ražošanā jaunu videi draudzīgu produktu – caurplūdes graudu kalti ar centrbēdzes putekļu atdalīšanas sistēmu jeb CFDS (Centro Fugal Dust Seperator) un eksperimentālas tehnoloģijas, kā arī palielināt uzņēmuma ieguldījumus pētniecībā, attīstībā un inovācijās atbilstoši Viedās specializācijas stratēģijai, radot vienu jaunu pētniecības un attīstības darba vietu un veicot jaunā produkta un tehnoloģijas eksperimentālos pētījumus.Uzņēmuma pamatdarbības nozare saskaņā ar NACE 2. redakciju ir Pacelšanas un pārvietošanas iekārtu ražošana (28.22, versija 2.0). Projekta īstenošanas nozare - Mašīnu ražošana pārtikas, dzērienu un tabakas apstrādei (NACE 28.93). Projektā paredzētā nozare atbilst Viedās specializācijas stratēģijā noteiktajām RIS3 specializācijas jomām, jo tiek veikta pētniecība un attīstība saistībā ar inovatīvu tehnoloģiju un augstas pievienotas vērtības nišas produktu izstrādi. (viedās specializācijas joma – “Viedie materiāli, tehnoloģijas un inženiersistēmas”).Projektā plānots veikt eksperimentālās tehnoloģijas izgatavošanu, uzstādīšanu un testēšanu reālā ražošanas vidē vismaz 2 mēnešus veicot saimniecisko darbību, līdz tehnoloģiju attīsītbas līmenim TRL 8.Projektā rezultātā paredzēts izveidot pilotražotni ar augstas veiktspējas graudu kalšu komponentu izgatavošanas tehnoloģiju un ieviest ražošanā jaunu energoefektīvu apkārtējai videi īpaši draudzīgu produktu – caurplūdes graudu kalti ar centrbēdzes putekļu atdalīšanas sistēmu jeb CFDS (Centro Fugal Dust Seperator). Īstenojot projektu un iegādājoties jaunās iekārtas, SIA “Preco” spēs nodrošināt jaunus tehnoloģiskos procesus, kas ļaus ieviest ražošanā jaunus produktus un 2021. gadā palielināt uzņēmuma apgrozījumu līdz 9,5 milj. EUR, neto peļņu līdz 0,76 milj. EUR, bet eksporta apjomus līdz 70 %. SIA “Preco” ar savu uzņēmējdarbības attīstību minētajā projekta īstenošanas nozarē palīdzēs sasniegt RIS3 izvirzīto virsmērķi - valsts tautsaimniecības transformāciju, ar mērķi palielināt ekonomikas zināšanu ietilpību, investējot pētniecībā, inovācijās un to sekmēšanas pasākumos. Īstenojot projektu plānots kopumā radīt 13 jaunas darba vietas un palielināt ieguldījumus pētniecībā un attīstībā līdz 58 tūkst. EUR gadā.Projekta kopējās investīcijas un attiecināmās izmaksas plānotas 1 799 882,50 EUR apmērā. ERAF fonda atbalsta apjoms – EUR 989 935,37.Projektu plānots uzsākt pēc līguma ar CFLA noslēgšanas 2019.gada janvārī un īstenot 48 mēnešu laikā līdz 2022.gada 31. decembrim. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to promote increased productivity and competitiveness of SIA Preco by introducing a new environmentally friendly product – flow-through grain forged with centrifugal dust separation system or CFDS (Centro Fugal Dust Seperator) and experimental technologies, as well as to increase the company’s investments in research, development and innovation in accordance with Smart Specialisation Strategy, creating one new research and development workplace and performing pilot studies of the new product and technology.The company’s main activity sector according to NACE 2 version 28.22 is the main activity of the company. Project implementation sector – Manufacture of machinery for food, beverage and tobacco processing (NACE 28.93). The sector envisaged by the project is in line with the areas of specialisation defined in the Smart Specialisation Strategy for RIS3 through R & D in the development of innovative technologies and high value added niche products. (smart specialisation “Smart Materials, Technologies and Engineering Systems”).The project is planned to produce, install and test the experimental technology in a real production environment for at least 2 months by carrying out economic activities, up to the technology development level of TRL 8. The project will result in the creation of a pilot plant with a high-performance grain forged components technology and the introduction of a new energy-efficient environmentally friendly product – flow grain boilers with C centrifuge dust separation system. By implementing the project and purchasing new equipment, SIA Preco will be able to ensure new technological processes that will allow to introduce new products into production and increase the company’s turnover to 9.5 million in 2021. EUR, net profit up to 0,76 million EUR In EUR and exports of up to 70 %. “Preco” Ltd. through its business development in the mentioned project implementation sector will help to achieve the ultimate goal of RIS3 – transformation of the national economy, with the aim to increase the capacity of knowledge of the economy by investing in research, innovation and its promotion activities. By implementing the project, it is planned to create 13 new jobs and increase investment in research and development to 58 thousand. EUR per year.The total investment and eligible costs of the project are estimated at EUR 1799882,50. ERDF Fund support amount – EUR 989 935.37.The project is planned to start after the conclusion of the agreement with the CFLA in January 2019 and to implement the project within 48 months until 31 December 2022.
