Projektiga soovitakse teha korda kortermaja terviklikult, mille käigus vahetatakse välja kõik avatäited, soojustatakse fassaad, sokkel katus, ehitatakse välja soojustagastusega ventilatsioon, tsentraalse sooja vee süsteem, kahetorusüsteemne küte ning paigaldatakse uus soojasõlm. The project aims to restore the apartment building in its entirety, during which all open fillets are replaced, the facade is insulated, the cap roof is built, ventilation with heat recovery, a central hot water system, two-pipe heating and a new heat node will be installed.
