Uuring teostatakse Rail Balticu valmimisel avanevate uute võimaluste paremaks realiseerimiseks nii Pärnumaa elanikele, potentsiaalsetele investoritele kui maakonna külalistele. Analüüsitakse globaalseid trende, mis mõjutavad enim Pärnumaa arengut. Valmivad võimalikud tulevikustsenaariumid Pärnumaa arenguks. Uuring on sisendiks Pärnumaa arengustrateegia visiooni ja eesmärkide ümberhindamisel ja lähtealuseks prioriteetsete tegevusvaldkondade määratlemisel ning teenustevõrgu ümberkorraldamisel. (Estonian)

The study will be carried out for the better realisation of the new opportunities opened up by the completion of Rail Baltica for residents of Pärnumaa, potential investors and county guests. The global trends that affect the development of Pärnu County are analysed. Possible future scenarios for the development of Pärnu County will be completed. The study provides input for the re-evaluation of the vision and objectives of the development strategy of Pärnumaa and serves as a basis for defining priority areas of activity and reorganising the service network.
