Projektiga "Puudega inimeste kodude kohandamine Põlva vallas II" kohandatakse 35 Põlva valla kodu seal elavate puudega inimeste erivajadustest lähtuvalt. Kodude kohandamine aitab suurendada puudega inimeste iseseisvat toimetulekut ja inimväärikust, vähendades samas lähedaste hoolduskoormust ning tugiisikute vajadust. Projekti kogumaksumus on 153 864 eurot, millest toetus 130 784 eurot. Projekti toetatakse Euroopa Liidu Euroopa Regionaalarengufondist. (Estonian)

The project "Customise the homes of people with disabilities in Põlva municipality II" the 35 homes of the municipality of Põlva will be adapted to the specific needs of people with disabilities living there. The adaptation of homes contributes to the independent living and dignity of persons with disabilities, while reducing the burden of care for loved ones and the need for support persons. The total cost of the project is EUR 153 864, of which a grant of EUR 130 784. The project is supported by the European Regional Development Fund of the European Union. (English)
