    Ettevõttepraktika koosneb kolmest etapist: ettevalmistus, praktikaperiood ettevõttes ning praktikatulemuste analüüsist. Et kasu praktikast oleks maksimaalne ehk kolmepoolne (ettevõtte, praktikant ja kool), tuleb panustada kõiki kolme etappi. Projekti „Osapoolte valmisolek on eduka praktika alus“ eesmärk on tõsta kutsehariduse kvaliteeti läbi ettevõttepoolsete praktikajuhendajate koolitamise, kutseõpetajate stažeerimise ettevõtetes ning praktikute kaasamises õppetöösse.

    The company traineeship consists of three stages: preparation, period of traineeship in the company and analysis of the results of the traineeship. In order to maximise the benefits of traineeships, i.e. tripartite (enterprise, trainee and school), it is necessary to contribute to all three stages. The project “Preparedness of Parts is the basis for successful traineeships” aims to improve the quality of vocational education through the training of internship instructors by enterprises, the placement of vocational teachers and the involvement of practitioners in teaching.
