Projektiga "Põlva ja Räpina valdade üldplaneeringute koostamise alusuuring" läbiviidavast uuringust selgub rahvastiku paiknemine Põlva ja Räpina valdades ning asulate elanike arvu perspektiivsed muutused. Tehakse ettepanek tiheasustusega alade määramiseks ja täpsustamiseks. K äsitletakse tiheasustusalaga seonduvate mõistete kasutust erinevates õigusaktides ja antakse ülevaade tiheasustusalaks määramisega kaasnevatest mõjudest erinevate õigusaktide valguses. (Estonian)

Project "Basic study on the development of comprehensive plans for the municipalities of Põlva and Räpina" the survey conducted reveals the distribution of the population in the municipalities of Põlva and Räpina and the prospective changes in the number of inhabitants of the settlements. It is proposed to designate and clarify densely populated areas. The use of terms relating to densely populated areas in various legal acts is augmented and an overview is given of the effects of being designated as densely populated areas in the light of different legislation.
