The Teachers’ Academy of the Centre for Education Innovation at Tallinn University offers teachers a variety of high-level, innovative and versatile in-service training opportunities. The opportunities offered for continuous training support the acquisition of competences at different levels as described in the teacher’s professional standard throughout. The cross-cutting focus of the courses is the question of how to support Estonian teachers in the continuous development of Estonian education and in the creative implementation of the changed learning approach?
