Projekti eesmärk on toetada Viimsi valla koolides hübriidõppel põhineva „digikooli mudeli“ suuremat kasutuselevõttu ja laiendada valla koolide organisatsioonikultuuri „asutusekesksest“ „valdkonnakeskseks“, mis loob eeldused „Viimsi digikooli“ senisest veelgi laialdasemaks kasutuselevõtuks, õppekvaliteedi tõstmiseks, ressursside juhtimiseks ning haridusvõrgu korrastamiseks. The aim of the project is to support the increased uptake of the “digital school model” based on hybrid education in schools in Viimsi municipality and to extend the organisational culture of the rural municipality’s schools from “institution-centred” to “field-centred”, which creates the prerequisites for even more widespread deployment of “Viimsi Digital School”, increasing the quality of study, managing resources and organising the educational network.
