    Projekti raames valmib lähiomavalitsusi ja Tallinna linna ühendav 1,9 km pikkune ja 4 m laiune kergliiklustee lõik Paldiski maantee äärde, mis algab Järvekalda teest ja lõpeb Tähetorni tänaval. Kergliiklustee rajamisega luuakse ohutum ja mugavam liikumise võimalus jalgratturitele ning rohkem valikuvõimalusi asumite ja linnaosade vahel liikumiseks.
