Teadmistepõhiste tervise- ja loodustoodete kompetentsikeskus PlantValor jätkab taimse tooraine väärindamise võimaluste uurimist ning sellealast teavitustegevust, et luua eeldused Eesti aiandusaaduste tootjate ja töötlejate konkurentsivõime suurendamiseks ning hooajalisuse vähendamiseks. Selleks täiendatakse töötlemise võimalusi, arendatakse välja majandusarvestuse suund ning korraldatakse seminare ja konverentse. (Estonian)

PlantValor, the Competence Centre for Knowledge-based Health and Natural Products, will continue to explore the possibilities of valorising vegetable raw materials and to create the conditions for increasing the competitiveness of Estonian horticultural producers and processors and reducing seasonality. To this end, processing opportunities will be improved, the direction of accounting will be developed and seminars and conferences will be organised. (English)
