Käesoleva projekti eesmärgiks on tõhustada Pärnumaa Kutsehariduskeskuse ja tööandjate vahelist koostööd praktikasüsteemi arendamisel, tõsta õppekvaliteeti ja seostada õppetöö paremini tööturu vajadustega. Projekti käigus: koolitatakse 80 ettevõttepoolset praktikajuhendajat; toimub 6 õpetaja stažeerimine tööandjate juures; tuleb kooli õpetama 20 praktikut ehk valdkonnas reaalselt töötavat isikut. The aim of this project is to enhance cooperation between Pärnu County Vocational Education Centre and employers in the development of the traineeship system, to increase the quality of study and to better link teaching to the needs of the labour market. During the project: 80 traineeship supervisors from the company will be trained; 6 teachers are interviewed with employers; 20 practitioners must be taught at the school, i.e. people actually working in the field.
