.Projekti "Tallinna põhitänavate välisvalgustuse rekonstrueerimise II etapp" raames rekonstrueeritakse välisvalgustus Laagna teel ning asendatakse valgustid J.Smuuli teel, Suur-Sõjamäe tänaval ja Mustakivi tee. Projekti raames vahetatakse 1281 tänavavalgustit 1281 LED-valgusti vastu, 248 masti ning 25 km kaabeldust. Elektrienergia tarbimise vähenemisega kahandatakse CO2 emissiooni 535,19 tonni aastas.
