Projekti käigus viiakse läbi riigihanked renoveerimisprojekti koostamiseks ja ehitustöödeks. Tööde käigus vahetatakse välja mastid, kaablid ja valgustid, uuendatakse liitumis- ja juhtimissüsteemid.
