Soojusmajanduse arengukava eesmärk on määratleda Põlva valla territooriumil (Põlva linna, Mammaste ja Peri küla) arenguvisioon ja -suunad soojusenergia tootmisel, jagamisel ja kasutamisel. Hoolikalt planeeritud tegevuste kaudu tagatakse soojusenergia varustuskindlus majanduslikult mõistliku ning elanikkonnale vastuvõetava hinnaga.
