Peipsi järve ääres tuntud Sibulatee turismipiirkonnas rõhutatakse projekti toel piirkondlikku eripära, kolme omanäolise kultuuriruumi erinevusi ja seoseid. Arendatakse välja Kolkja vanausuliste muuseumi laiendus (vanausulised), Alatskivi lossi sõiduhobuste tall mõisate majandamist tutvustava ekspositsiooniga (mõisakultuur), Kodavere kihelkonna ja keele lood (eesti pärimuskultuur maastikul).
