Projekti eesmärgiks on mõista seoseid valgutootmises transfektsioonireagendina kasutatavate rakku penetreeruvate peptiidide (CPP-de) keemilise disaini põhimõtete, transfektsiooni efektiivsuse ja tootmise efektiivsust mõjutavate tegurite vahel. Rakendusuuringu tulemusena loodav tehnoloogia annab meile CPP-de keemilise sünteesi printsiibid, mille abil saame luua reagendid, mis efektiivselt transfekteerivad rakke ja mõjutavad positiivselt rakusiseseid protsesse valkude efektiivsemaks tootmiseks.
