Tervise infosüsteemi võetakse andeid vastu ligi tuhandelt terviseteenuse osutajalt. Nendele andmetele tuleb enne talletamist teha struktuuri ja sisu õiguse kontroll. Praegu tehakse seda valideerimismooduliga, mis paraku on pärit eelmisest kümnendist ja ei rahulda enam tänapäevaseid vajadusi. Uus andmekontrollimoodul hakkab tegema andmeklontrolli tunduvalt täiuslikumalt ja lisaks sellele veel andmete saatja spetsiifikat arvesse võttes tagades sellega terviseandmete parema kvaliteedi.
