Antud projekt on III etapp impordi tollideklaratsiooni töötlemise süsteemi Impulss realiseerimise projektist, kus seitsme etapi vältel luuakse uus süsteem eesmärgiga pakkuda klientidele mugavat, kaasaegset ning suurenenud mahtudega toimetulevat impordi tollideklaratsiooni andmete esitamise ja töötlemise keskkonda vastavalt tolliseadustiku nõetele Projekti III etapis realiseeritakse kogu tolliprotseduuride funktsionaalsus ja liidestatakse Impulss tagatiste haldussüsteemiga.
