Antud projekt on 1.etapp impordi tollideklaratsiooni töötlemise süsteemi Impulss realiseerimise projektist, kus 7 etapi vältel, tähtajaks 01.01.2021, realiseeritakse uus süsteem eesmärgiga pakkuda klientidele uue tolliseadustiku nõuetele vastavat, mugavamat, kaasaegsemat ja suurenenud mahtudega toimetulevat keskkonda ning vahetada välja vananenud tehnoloogia. 1.etapiga luuakse arhitektuurne baas, realiseerides mehhanismid: deklaratsiooni sisestamise, talletamise, kontrolli, vigade kuvamise.
