Teostatakse analüüs Türi vallas asuvate võimalike tuulikualade kohta, et need Türi valla koostatavasse üldplaneeringusse märkida. Analüüsi käigus teostatakse ruumianalüüs, et valida asukohad, koostatakse 3D visualiseeringud, räägitakse läbi maaomanikega ning tutvustatakse avalikkusele.
