In the course of reconstruction, intersections will be rebuilt and new bridges on the Keila River will be built. New road signs will be installed and the road marking system will be refurbished and new lighting will be built. Bus stops are designed according to a typical solution, in an open pocket with a width of 3.8 m. The length of the bus stop extension is 30,0 m. The design is designed to protect or elevate the utilities that lie in the road construction. It is necessary to partially rebuild communication and power lines and water and sewerage lines.     Riigimaantee nr 8 Tallinn – Paldiski km 24,9 – 29,5 Keila – Valkse lõigu rekonstrueerimisega on kavandatud uue III klassi laiusparameetritele ja perspektiivsele koormussagedusele vastava teekatte ehitus. Rekonstrueeritava teelõigu pikkus on 4,7 km. Põhimaanteel on katte laiuseks 9,0 m ja sõiduraja laius 3,5 m. Kõrvalmaanteedel ja tänavatel on katte laiuseks 8,0 m ja sõiduraja laiuseks 3,5 m. Rekonstrueerimise käigus ehitatakse ümber ristmike ja rajatakse uued Keila jõe sillad. Ehitatakse uued jalg- ja jalgrattateed kogupikkuses 1826 m, katte laiusega 2,5-3,0 m. Paigaldatakse uusi liiklusmärke ja korrastatakse teetähistussüsteemi ning ehitatakse uus valgustus. Bussipeatused on projekteeritud tüüpse lahenduse järgi, avatud taskusse, mille laius on 3,8 m. Bussipeatuse laienduse pikkus on 30,0 m. Projektlahendusega on kavandatud kaitsta või tõsta ringi tee-ehitusele ettejäävad tehnovõrgud. Ümber tuleb osaliselt ehitada side- ja elektriliine ning vee- ja kanalisatsiooni trasse. Projekt järgib varasemate projektlahendustega paika pandud plaanilahendusi ja liikluskorralduslikke põhimõtteid. (Estonian)
