Lähtuvalt Kadrioru Saksa Gümnaasiumi motost "Koos Saavutame Geniaalsuse" soovime antud projektiga arendada koolis kaasavat juhtimist liites juhtkonna ja õpikogukondade juhid ühise visooni, jagatud väärtuste ja selgete eesmärkidega koostöiseteks eestvedajateks kooli arengukava eesmärkide elluviimisel. Usume õpetaja kui liidri ja muutuste juhi kontseptsiooni, arendame oma õpetajates liidrioskusi ja näeme neis uuenenud õpikäsituse rakendumise eestvedajaid. (Estonian)

Based on the motto of the German Gymnasium in Kadriorg "Together, we will achieve genius" with this project, we want to develop inclusive leadership in the school by integrating the leaders of management and learning communities into joint vision, shared values and clear goals in co-leading in the implementation of the objectives of the school development plan. We believe in the concept of a teacher as a leader and leader of change, we develop leadership skills in our teachers and we see them as leaders in applying the renewed learning approach. (English)
