    Projekt toetab õpetajate teadlikkust kuidas luua ja hoida vaimselt tervet ja turvalist õpikeskkonda, lahendada ja juhtida konflikte ning jälgida, hinnata ja väärtustada oma füüsilist, vaimset ja emotsionaalset tervist ning ennetada läbipõlemist. Kavandatav projekt on suunatud koolimeeskondadele, kuna ühel koolitusel osalenud 17 õpetajat on piisavalt mõjus hulk inimesi, et aidata kaasa saadud teadmiste levikule ühe organisatsiooni sees ning toetada muutuste jätkusuutlikkust.     The project supports teachers’ awareness of how to create and maintain mentally healthy and safe learning environments, resolve and manage conflicts, monitor, evaluate and value their physical, mental and emotional health and prevent burnout. The proposed project is aimed at school teams, as the 17 teachers participating in one training are sufficiently effective to contribute to the spread of the knowledge gained within one organisation and to support the sustainability of change.
