Käesoleva projekti eesmärgiks on tõhustada Pärnumaa Kutsehariduskeskuse ja tööandjate vahelist koostööd praktikasüsteemi arendamisel, tõsta õppekvaliteeti ja seostada õppetöö paremini tööturu vajadustega. Projekti käigus: koolitatakse 80 ettevõttepoolset praktikajuhendajat; toimub 6 õpetaja stažeerimine tööandjate juures; tuleb kooli õpetama 20 praktikut ehk valdkonnas reaalselt töötavat isikut.
