Projekti sihtrühm on võõrkeeleõpetajaks õppivad üliõpilased ning töötavad võõrkeeleõpetajad. Projekti eesmärk on rahvusvaheliselt tunnustatud keeleeksami sooritanud õpetajate toetamine, mille tulemusena suureneb üldhariduse riiklikus õppekavas loetletud keelte (inglise, vene, saksa ja prantsuse keel) rahvusvaheliselt tunnustatud keeleeksami sertifikaadi omandanud võõrkeeleõpetajaks õppivate üliõpilaste ja tegevõpetajate arv 100ni, kellel on B2, C1 või C2 tasemele vastav keeleoskustase.
