Projekt toetab õpetajate teadlikkust kuidas luua ja hoida vaimselt tervet ja turvalist õpikeskkonda, lahendada ja juhtida konflikte ning jälgida, hinnata ja väärtustada oma füüsilist, vaimset ja emotsionaalset tervist ning ennetada läbipõlemist. Kavandatav projekt on suunatud koolimeeskondadele, kuna ühel koolitusel osalenud 17 õpetajat on piisavalt mõjus hulk inimesi, et aidata kaasa saadud teadmiste levikule ühe organisatsiooni sees ning toetada muutuste jätkusuutlikkust.
