Projekti eesmärgiks on kaasajastada Kostivere lasteaia õppekava ja õppetöö meetodeid demokraatlikul viisil õpetajate, õpetajate abide ja juhtkonna ühistöös, mille tulemusel -paraneb meeskonnatöö; -kinnistuvad ühised väärtused; -kujunevad uued, muutuva õpikäsituse rakendamiseks vajalikud oskused; -lastele on loodud põnevam ja motiveeriv õppimiskeskkond.
