Projekti raames arendatakse Tartu Ülikooli poolt välja ja pakutakse terviklahendusena täiendusõpet vastavalt õpetajate kutsestandarditele kahes suures teemavaldkonnas: enesejuhitud ja personaliseeritud õppimine ning õpetaja professionaalne areng. Loodavad programmid on jätkusuutlikult kasutatavad ka pärast projekti lõppu. Selleks on need laiemalt seostatud TÜ õpetajahariduse kompetentsikeskuse Pedagogicum arendusrühmade tegevusega, sh uurimis- ja arendustöö ning nõustamisega. (Estonian)
