Projekti jooksul koolitatakse Saare maakonnas kokku 50 õpetajat nii üldhariduse kui lasteaia tasemel. Projekti tulemusena tõuseb Saare maakonnas töötavate õpetajate kompetentsus HEV lastega töötamisel ja õpetamisel, mis on aluseks sellele, et iga laps on asjakohaselt toetatud just tema individuaalsetest vajadustest lähtuvalt.
