Kilingi-Nõmme Gümnaasiumi õpetajad vajavad praktilist eneseanalüüsi ja tagasiside koolitust, et omandada oskusi andmaks ja võtmaks vastu konstruktiivset ja arengule suunatud tagasisidet. Õpetajad saavad vajalikud kompetentsid tagasisideks ja eneseanalüüsiks igapäevatöös. Koolituse tulemusena on õpetajad rohkem motiveeritud ise tagasisidet küsima ja seda kolleegidele pakkuma.
