    Projekt toetab toetatakse õpetajate teadlikkust klassiruumi tulemuslikust ja eesmärgipärasest juhtimisest, erinevate grupiprotsessidega ja konfliktidega toimetulekuks ning tutvutakse kovisiooni meetodi kui probleemide lahendamise ja grupi kaasamise tööriistaga.
Kavandatav projekt on suunatud koolimeeskondadele, kuna ühel koolitusel osalenud 16 õpetajat on piisavalt mõjus hulk inimesi, et aidata kaasa saadud teadmiste levikule ühe organisatsiooni sees ning toetada muutuste jätkusuutlikkust.
