Projekt on mõeldud Rae valla koolide hariduslike erivajadustega õpilaste õpitingimuste parandamiseks Rae valla koolides. HEV õpilased õpivad igas Rae valla koolis, kus vastavalt võimalustele on loodud eriklassid või integreeritud õpilased tavaklassidesse. Projekti raames soetatakse koolidesse õppevahendeid; inventari ja rekreatsioonivahendeid, mille abil luuakse õpikeskkond, mis aitab kaasa HEV õpilaste heaolule koolis ning toetab nende õpitegevust.
