Projekti raames rekonstrueeritakse ajalooline koolihoone kaasaegseks gümnaasiumi koolihooneks. Hoone fassaad restaureeritakse algupäraseks, sisekujunduse juures jälgitakse ajaloolist algset sisekujundust, lisatakse invalift. Hoone tehnosüsteemid asendatakse uutega. Hoone sisehoovi luuakse avatud rekreatsiooniala puhkamiseks ja õues-õppeks. Teekatted, haljastus, kinnistu piirdeaiad, välivalgustus ja õue ala elemendid rajatakse uued. Hoone sisustatakse kaasaegse mööbli ja seadmetega. (Estonian)
