Realizacja projektu dotyczy uruchomienia produkcji innowacyjnego produktu Śliwki w Czekoladzie gorzkiej i kolorowej oraz stworzenia swoistego „muzeum śliwki” będącego atrakcją turystyczną Regionu Świętokrzyskiego oraz promocją lokalnych produktów jakimi bez wątpienia jest śliwka z Szydłowa. W ramach realizacji projektu zaplanowano przeprowadzenie prac budowlanych niezbędnych do otworzenia manufaktury śliwki, produkcji śliwki w czekoladzie gorzkiej i kolorowej, przetworów oraz produkcji czekolady w różnej formie i smaku bazujących na śliwce, zakupu wyposażenia do kuchni niezbędnego do wprowadzenia produkcji, umożliwiającej degustację produktów przez zwiedzających „muzeum śliwki” oraz zakup wyposażenia sali wystawienniczej, z której będzie można obserwować manufakturę oraz zapoznać się z historią oraz rodzajami śliwki, jej walorami, poprzez zastosowanie najnowszych rozwiązań multimedialnych. Projekt jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym OP 2. oraz Działania 2.5 Zwiększone zastosowanie innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP. Projekt realizowany będzie w latach 2020-2021. W wyniku realizacji projektu zrealizowane zostaną wskaźniki rezultatu: Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji produktowych - 2 szt., Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji nietechnologicznych - 2 szt., Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach - 4 etaty, oraz wskaźników produktu: Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku - 1 szt, Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy - 1 szt., Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących dotacje - 1 szt., Liczba przedsiębiorstw otrzymujących wsparcie - 1 szt., Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1szt., Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) - 597 339,86 zł. The implementation of the project involves launching the production of an innovative product Plum in Chocolate bitter and coloured and creating a specific “plum museum” which is a tourist attraction of the Świętokrzyskie Region and promotion of local products, which is undoubtedly a plum from Szydłow. As part of the implementation of the project, it was planned to carry out the construction works necessary to open the plum manufactory, to produce plums in bitter and coloured chocolate, to produce chocolate in various forms and tastes based on plums, to purchase equipment for the kitchen necessary for the introduction of production, allowing visitors to taste the products of the “plum museum” and purchase of equipment of the exhibition hall, from which you will be able to observe the manufactory and get acquainted with the history and types of plum, its qualities, through the use of the latest multimedia solutions. The project is in line with the specific objective of OP 2 and Action 2.5 Increased application of innovation in SMEs. The project will be implemented in the years 2020-2021. As a result of the implementation of the project, result indicators will be implemented: Number of product innovations introduced – 2 pcs., Number of non-technological innovations introduced – 2 units, Employment growth in supported enterprises – 4 posts, and output indicators: Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the market – 1 pcs, Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the company – 1 unit, Number of enterprises receiving grants – 1 piece, Number of enterprises receiving support – 1 piece, Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities – 1 item, Private investment complementing public support for enterprises (grants) – PLN 597 339.86.
