Utworzenie Klubu Seniora w Chrząstówce, Trzcinicy, Warzycach i Wolicy2. Funkcjonowanie Gminnego Klubu Seniora w Chrząstówce, Trzcinicy, Warzycach i WolicyWSKAŹNIKI:1. Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych, istniejących po zakończeniu proj – 80 szt.2. Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w programie – 80(55K/25M)3. The aim of the project is to increase access to social services in the specificity of environmental and care services in the field of combating the loneliness and marginalisation of 80 dependent seniors (55 K/25M) from the territory of the municipality of Jasło by establishing and ensuring the functioning of four Senior Clubs in the period 03.2020-02.2022.GRUPA DOCELOWA: 80 persons(55K/25M) who, according to the voivodship Podkar, the municipality of Jasło, are classified as dependent seniors aged 60+, who, due to their health status, including e.g., require care or support in connection with the impossibility of performing at least one of the basic activities of everyday life on their own.
