Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy i zarejestrowanych w PUP, którym do powrotu na rynek pracy niezbędne są formy pomocy, przewidziane do realizacji w ramach Działania 7.1, w tym zwłaszcza osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj.: a) kobiet, b) osób z niepełnosprawnościami, c) osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, d) osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, e) osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, f) osób posiadających co najmniej jedno dziecko do 6 roku życia lub co najmniej jedno dziecko z niepełnosprawnościami do 18 roku życia, g) migrantów powrotnych i imigrantów. Dopuszcza się udział bezrob. mężczyzn w wieku od 30 do 49 lat, którzy nie należą do kategorii osób ujętych w pkt b) oraz d)-g), przy czym nie mogą oni stanowić więcej niż 20% bezrob. objętych wsparciem. Grupa ta może korzystać z form wsparcia z zastrzeżeniem, że udziel. wsparcia ma prowadzić do podwyższenia lub nabycia nowych kwalifik. czy kompetencji lub utrzym. i formalnego potwierdz. kwalifik. lub kompetencji uczestnik. proj. lub do rozpocz. prowadz.działal. gospodarczej. Dla każdego z uczestników przedstaw. konkretnej oferty aktywiz. zawod. poprzedzi pogłębiona analiza umiejęt., predyspozycji i problemów zawod. danego uczestnika proj. m.in. poprzez opracow./aktualizację Indywidual. Planu Dział. (IPD). Na tej podst. PUP realiz. będzie odpow. dobrane usługi i instrum. rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o prom. zatrud. i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada na zakończenie jego realiz. osiągnięcie kryterium efektyw. zatrudnieniowej, informuj. o odsetku uczestników, którzy podj. zatrudnienie (na podst. um. o pracę oraz samozatrud.) na minim. poziomie wskazanym w komunikacie Ministerstwa Inwestycji i Rozwoju. Grupą docelową projektu jest także około 1310 pracowników lub osób fizycznych prowadz. samodzielnie dział. gospod., wspieranych zg. z warunkami określon. w art.15zzb, 15zzc i 15zze ustawy z dnia 31.03.2020r o COVID-19. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of people from the age of 30 who are unemployed and registered in the PLO, whose forms of assistance are necessary for their return to the labour market, provided for under Measure 7.1, including in particular those in a particularly vulnerable situation on the labour market, i.e.: women, (b) persons with disabilities, (c) persons aged 50 and over, (d) long-term unemployed, (e) low-skilled, (f) persons with at least one child under the age of 6 or at least one child with disabilities up to the age of 18, (g) return migrants and immigrants. Men aged 30 to 49 who do not fall within the categories of persons covered by points (b) and (d) to (g) are allowed to be unemployed, but may not account for more than 20 % of the supported unemployment. This group may benefit from forms of support provided that the support is to lead to an increase or acquisition of new qualifications or competence or maintain. and formal confirmation of qualification. or competence of the participant. proj. or to start. For each of the participants, present a specific offer of activism. the profession will be preceded by an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and problems of the profession. of a given participant projj. e.g. through development./updating Individual. Plan the department. (IPD). On this floor. PUP implements. there will be selected services and instruments of the labour market, referred to in the Act on ferry. trouble. and labour market institutions. At the end of the project, the project assumes achieving the criterion of employment effects, inform. about the percentage of participants who undertake employment (on the basis of employment contracts and self-problems) at the minimum level indicated in the communication from the Ministry of Investment and Development. The target group of the project is also about 1,310 employees or natural persons run by the.. guest department, supported according to the conditions laid down in Articles 15zzb, 15zzc and 15zze of the Act of 31 March 2020 on COVID-19.
