Celem gł. proj. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia i powrotu na rynek pracy 15 (9K/6M) osób spełniających funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez stworzenie i zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania 15 nowych miejsc opieki dla 15 dzieci w terminie 01.10.2020-31.12.2022r. na ter. Gm. Czarnia (woj.mazowieckie). W terminie 01.01.2021-31.12.2022r. bieżące funkcjonowanie żlobka będzie finansowane w ramach programu, a przez kolejne min.31 m-cy po zakończeniu realiz. proj. finansowane ze środków własnych Wnioskodawcy, opłat od rodziców oraz śr. zew. innych niż UE. Realizacja wsparcia w zakresie miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 dokonywana jest na podstawie indywid. diagnozy Gminy w tym zakresie. Realizacja proj. przyczyni się do realizacji poddział. 8.3.1 Ułatwianie powrotu do aktywności zawodowej poprzez: -utworzenie 15 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 -zapewnienie bieżącego funkcjonowania 15 nowych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 -zapewnienie wszystkich warunków niezbędnych do bezpiecznego pobytu dzieci w żłobku. W proj. zostaną osiągnięte kluczowe wskaźniki pr. i rez.: - L-ba osób opiekujących się dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 objętych wsparciem w programie-15 - L-ba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieki do lat 3-15 - L-ba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie po opuszczeniu programu – 5. - L-ba os. pozost. bez pracy, które znalazły pr. lub poszuk. po opu, proj.-7 Projekt przyczynia się do zaspokojenia popytu na miejsca opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 w obszarach wykazujących niski poziom upowszechnienia opieki żłobkowej. Projekt będzie komplementarny z resortowym Programem Maluch+. Zad. w proj. będą realizowane zgodnie ze standardami wynikającymi z ustawy z dnia 4 lutego 2011r. o opiece nad dz.d.lat.3 (Dz.U z 2019r. poz.409 i 730) Projekt jest realizowany w Partnerstwie z podmiotem ekonomii społecznej - Związkiem Stowarzyszeń "Kurpsie Razem". The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities and reintegration into the labour market of 15 (9K/6M) people with care functions for children up to 3 years by creating and ensuring the current functioning of 15 new care facilities for 15 children between 01.10.2020-31.12.2022 a year ter. GM. Czarnia (Mazowieckie voivodship). Between 01.01.2021-31.12.2022, the day-to-day operation of the nursery will be financed under the programme, and for another at least 31 months after the completion of the project financed from the Applicant’s own resources, parental fees and other non-EU instruments. The implementation of support for places of care for children up to 3 years is made on the basis of individual diagnosis of the Municipality in this area. Implementation of the project will contribute to the implementation of the sub-heading. 8.3.1 Facilitating return to work by: — the creation of 15 new places of care for children under 3 years – ensuring the current functioning of 15 new places of care for children under 3 years – ensuring all the conditions necessary for children to stay safely in the crèche. Key indicators will be achieved in the project: — L-ba persons caring for children up to 3 years of age supported under the programme-15 – L-ba childcare facilities created between the ages of 3 and 15 – L-ba persons who have returned to the labour market after a break associated with the birth/earning of the child or who have maintained employment after leaving the programme – 5. — The project contributes to meeting the demand for care for children up to 3 years of age in areas showing a low level of prevalence of crèche care. The project will be complementary to the Ministry’s Maluch+ Programme. The project will be implemented in accordance with the standards resulting from the Act of 4 February 2011 on care of dz.d. lat.3 (Journal of Laws 2019, items 409 and 730) The project is implemented in Partnership with the entity of social economy – Association of Associations “Kurpsie Together”.
