Celem głównym projektu jest zmniejszenie niskiej emisji CO2 na terenie gminy Czarnia i województwa mazowieckiego. Cele szczegółowe w obszarze środowiskowo-przyrodniczym: poprawa jakości powietrza, podwyższenie standardu życia mieszkańców, obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania i zużycia energii cieplnej, zwiększenie produkcji energii ze OZE, wzrost efektywności energetycznej budynków prywatnych i publicznych. Cele szczegółowe w obszarze społeczno-ekonomicznym: poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców – komfort życia, stałe dostawy energii, poprawa wizerunku gminy, wzrost atrakcyjności i konkurencyjności województwa, wzmocnienie spójności społecznej. Przedmiotowy projekt polega: - na wymianie źródeł ciepła w domach mieszkalnych na terenie Gminy Czarnia, z kotłów na paliwo stałe (węgiel) o niskiej sprawności energetycznej, na nowe kotły na biomasę (pellet) wraz z oprzyrządowaniem (przewody i armatura, zawory, izolacje, wymiennik ciepła, ciepłomierz, sterownik, pompa obiegu kotłowego, inne); projekt obejmuje montaż 6 źródeł ciepła (5 o mocy 20 kW, 1 o mocy 15 kW), - projekt obejmuje także montaż 6 instalacji fotowoltaicznych (4 o mocy 6 kW, 1 o mocy 6,8 kW, 1 o moc 3 kW); wszystkie instalacje fotowoltaiczne są na potrzeby mieszkaniowe domów objętych wymianą źródeł ciepła na biomasę, - na modernizacji energetycznej 5 budynków użyteczności publicznej. W ramach projektu zaplanowano zadania: Wymiana kotłów Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych Modernizacja energetyczna budynku biurowo – administracyjnego (remizo – świetlica) w Czarni Modernizacja energetyczna budynku szkolnego w Czarni Modernizacja energetyczna budynku Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej w Długim (budynek po byłej szkole Modernizacja energetyczna budynku szkoły podstawowej w Surowem Modernizacja energetyczna budynku Urzędu Gminy Nadzór inwestorski Dokumentacja techniczna Audyty i świadectwa energetyczne Promocja projektu Projekt będzie realizowany w latach 2019 – 2020. The main objective of the project is to reduce low CO2 emissions in the municipality of Czarnia and the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. Environmental and Nature Specific Objectives: improving air quality, raising the living standards of residents, lowering heating costs and consumption of heat, increasing energy production from RES, increasing the energy efficiency of private and public buildings. Specific objectives in the socio-economic area: improving the quality of life of residents – comfort of life, constant supply of energy, improving the image of the municipality, increasing the attractiveness and competitiveness of the province, strengthening social cohesion. The project in question consists of: — on the exchange of heat sources in residential homes in the municipality of Czarnia, from boilers for solid fuel (coal) with low energy efficiency, to new biomass boilers (pellet) including instrumentation (wires and fittings, valves, insulations, heat exchanger, heat meter, controller, boiler circuit pump, others); the project includes the installation of 6 heat sources (5 with a power of 20 kW, 1 with a power of 15 kW), – the project also includes the installation of 6 photovoltaic installations (4 with 6 kW, 1 with 6.8 kW, 1 with 3 kW power); all photovoltaic installations are for residential purposes of houses covered by the exchange of heat sources for biomass, – for the energy modernisation of 5 public buildings. As part of the project, tasks are planned: Replacement of boilers Installation of photovoltaic installations Energy modernisation of the office-administrative building (remizo – common room) in Czarni Modernisation of the school building in Czarni Modernisation of the building of the Local Activity Centre in Długm (building after the former school Energy Modernisation of the primary school building in Surowem Energy Modernisation of the building of the Municipality Office Investor Supervision Investor supervision Technical documentation Energy audits and certificates Project promotion The project will be implemented in the years 2019-2020.
