Projekt zakłada dotację dla firmy VIP Service Rafał Jabłoński, która ucierpiała w wyniku pandemii COVID-19. W związku z pandemią obroty znacznie spadły, a firma znalazła się w sytuacji nagłego niedoboru płynności finansowej.
