Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i instalacja pomp ciepła, kolektorów słonecznych, pieców na biomasę i ogniw fotowoltaicznych. Łączna ilość zamontowanych instalacji na obiektach prywatnych w Gminie Mełgiew wyniesie 377 szt. (łączna moc zainstalowana 1,6 MW). Rodzaje poszczególnych instalacji: kolektory 2 panele (moc 3,4 kW) - 85 sztuk kolektory 3 panele (moc 5,1 kW) - 14 sztuk kotły 20 kW - 3 sztuki kotły 25 kW - 8 sztuk pompy ciepła (moc 3,5 kW) - 12 sztuk foto o mocy 3,1kW - 152 sztuki foto o mocy 4,03kW - 45 sztuk foto o mocy 4,96 kW - 58 sztuk. Dotychczasowe konwencjonalne źródła energii elektrycznej i cieplnej zostaną zastąpione darmową energią słoneczną, aerotermalną oraz biomasą. Realizacja celów szczegółowych wpłynie pośrednio na wzrost atrakcyjności turystycznej regionu, poprawę warunków życia jego mieszkańców oraz bezpośrednio na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego.Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy gminy Mełgiew (użytkownicy prywatni), którzy wyrazili chęć przystąpienia do projektu wyrażoną w formie ankiety. Wskaźniki projektu- dodatkowa moc wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 1,6 MW. Produkcja energii elektrycznej - 893,21 MW/rok. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej - 255. Produkcja energii cieplnej - 408,25 MW. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej - 122 szt. Spadek emisji CO 2 - 877,37 Mg/rok.Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra; nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy Mełgiew, co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza. Projekt dotyczy budynków mieszkalnych osób prywatnych. Projekt nie będzie realizowany na budynkach objętych ochroną zabytków, a także nie wpłynie negatywnie na obszary objęte ochroną przyrody, zgodnie z deklaracją organu odpowiedzialnego za monitorowanie obszarów Natura 2000. Instalacje montowane będą na budynkach mieszkalnych. (Polish)

The object of the project is the purchase and installation of heat pumps, solar collectors, biomass furnaces and photovoltaic cells. The total number of installed installations on private facilities in the Municipality of Mełgiew will be 377 pcs. (total installed capacity 1.6 MW). Types of individual installations: collectors 2 panels (power 3.4 kW) – 85 collectors 3 panels (power 5.1 kW) – 14 boilers 20 kW – 3 boilers 25 kW – 8 units of heat pump (power 3.5 kW) – 12 photo units with a power of 3.1 kW – 152 photos with a power of 4.03 kW – 45 photo units with a power of 4.96 kW – 58 units. Existing conventional sources of electricity and heat will be replaced by free solar energy, aerothermal energy and biomass. The implementation of the specific objectives will indirectly increase the tourist attractiveness of the region, improve the living conditions of its inhabitants and directly improve the natural environment. The target group will be residents of the municipality of Melgiew (private users) who expressed their willingness to join the project expressed in the form of a survey. Project indicators – additional renewable energy generation capacity – 1.6 MW. Electricity production – 893.21 MW/year. Number of power-generating units – 255. Heat production – 408.25 MW. Number of heat-generating units – 122 units Decrease in emissions of CO 2-877.37 Mg/year. Air quality in the municipality is good; there is no obligation to develop an air quality programme. The Lublin POP does not indicate any corrective or short-term measures for the Municipality of Mełgiew, which means that there were no exceedances of the levels of substances subject to an air quality assessment. The project concerns residential buildings of private individuals. The project will not be carried out on buildings protected by monuments and will not adversely affect nature protection areas, as declared by the authority responsible for monitoring Natura 2000 sites.
