Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje budowę instalacji fotowoltaicznej szt. 1 z okablowaniem, monitoringiem i innymi elementami infrastruktury towarzyszącej oraz promocję projektu. Moc zainstalowana w projekcie 457,2 kW, ilość energii 475,00 MWh/rok. Wartość netto zakresu rzeczowego – 2291500,00 zł (2818545,00 zł brutto), w tym wyd. kwalifikowane – 1855478,80 zł, dotacja 1373054,31 zł. Cele projektu są zbieżne z celami rozwoju woj. oraz celami gospodarki niskoemisyjnej, w tym przede zwiększona produkcja energii ze źródeł odnawialnych i ograniczenie emisji CO2 i innych gazów, podwyższenie poziomu ochrony środowiska. Instalacja będzie podłączona do istniejącej sieci operatora. Podmiot zarządzający infrastrukturą (wnioskodawca) na mocy umowy z operatorem będzie w części odprowadzał energię z instalacji do sieci , projekt zakłada dystrybucje energii do sieci. Celem działań w projekcie jest budowa instalacji i uruchomienie produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych i ograniczenie emisji CO2, wzrost wykorzystania OZE w produkcji energii, przejście na gospodarkę niskoemisyjną i zmniejszenie udziału energetyki konwencjonalnej. Cele projektu odzwierciedlają zdefiniowane potrzeby interesariuszy i zostały określone mierzalnymi wskaźnikami zgodnie z celami RPO WŁ 2014-2020 (wskaźniki produktu i rezultatu). Realizacja projektu obejmuje fazę budowy oraz eksploatacji (w okresie trwałości 3 lat od daty płatności końcowej). Projekt zapewnia ograniczenie emisji jako emisja uniknięta (nowa instalacja) służąc realizacji celów strategicznych poprzez produkcję energii ze źródeł odnawialnych (zgodność z SZOOP). W projekcie zachowano zasady koncepcji projektowania uniwersalnego (dbałość aby efekty projektu w jak największym stopniu były użyteczne dla wszystkich interesariuszy projektu). Grupę docelową projektu stanowi – wnioskodawca (użytkownik). Status przedsiębiorstwa wnioskodawcy (MŚP). Wnioskodawca uprawniony do otrzymania wsparcia. Projekt zgodny z zasadami pomocy publicznej. The material scope includes the construction of photovoltaic installations. 1 with wiring, monitoring and other accompanying infrastructure and promotion of the project. Installed capacity in the project 457,2 kW, amount of energy 475,00 MWh/year. Net value of the material range – PLN 2291500.00 (PLN 2818545.00 gross), including the eligible value – PLN 1855478.80, subsidy PLN 1373054.31. The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of the province’s development and the objectives of the low-carbon economy, including, above all, increased production of energy from renewable sources and the reduction of CO2 and other gas emissions, an increase in the level of environmental protection. The installation will be connected to the existing network of the operator. The infrastructure manager (applicant) will, under an agreement with the operator, partially discharge energy from the installation to the grid, the project involves distribution of energy to the grid. The aim of the project’s activities is to build installations and launch renewable energy production and reduce CO2 emissions, increase the use of RES in energy production, move towards a low-carbon economy and reduce the share of conventional energy. The objectives of the project reflect the defined needs of stakeholders and have been defined by measurable indicators in line with the objectives of the 2014-2020 ROP (output and result indicators). The implementation of the project involves the construction and operation phase (during a lifetime of 3 years from the date of final payment). The project provides emission reductions as avoided emissions (new installation) in order to achieve strategic objectives through the production of energy from renewable sources (compliant with SZOOP). The project maintains the principles of the universal design concept (to ensure that the project results are as useful as possible for all project stakeholders). The target group of the project is the applicant (user). The status of the applicant company (SMEs). The applicant entitled to receive support. Project compatible with state aid rules. (English)
