Głównym celem projektu jest uruchomienie instalacji produkującej energię elektryczną i cieplną w technologii wysokosprawnej kogeneracji z gazu ziemnego. Realizacja celu umożliwi uzyskanie pozytywnego wpływu na środowisko dzięki zapewnieniu znaczących skwantyfikowanych oszczędności energii i umożliwienie wzrostu wykorzystania wysokosprawnej kogeneracji w Polsce. Instalacja wysokosprawnej kogeneracji zostanie zlokalizowana na działce o nr ewidencyjnym 93/31 w obrębie Prawocin, ul. Opolska 30, 55-011, gmina Siechnice, powiat Wrocławski, woj. dolnośląskie (region słabiej rozwinięty). Instalacja będzie podłączona bezpośrednio do zakładu. Realizacja projektu zakłada osiągnięcie następujących celów: - zainstalowania urządzeń o łącznej mocy elektrycznej 8,654 MWel; - zainstalowania urządzeń o łącznej mocy cieplnej 7,382 MWth; - roczna produkcja energii elektrycznej w wysokości 52 962,48 MWh; - roczna produkcja energii cieplnej w wysokości 162 640,22 GJ; - ograniczenie emisji dwutlenku węgla poprzez zastąpienie energii elektrycznej i cieplnej produkowanej konwencjonalnie 59 531,08 ton CO2 rocznie; - dostarczenie energii cieplnej do zakładu produkcyjnego PPO Siechnice; - zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa energetycznego kraju i dywersyfikacja źródeł pochodzenia energii elektrycznej. Okres trwania projektu: 06.2020-12.2021 r. Wartość projektu ogółem: 30 157 140,00 zł. Wartość projektu netto: 24 518 000,00 zł. Koszty kwalifikowalne: 24 510 000,00 zł. Koszty niekwalifikowalne (VAT i promocja): 5 647 140,00 zł. Dofinansowanie: 9 800 000,00 zł. Wkład własny: 20 357 140,00 zł. Środki finansowe stanowiące wkład własny niezbędnych do realizacji projektu zostaną zapewnione przez Spółkę posiadającą cały pakiet udziałów- Citronex I Sp. z o.o., w formie pożyczki. Pożyczkodawca znajduje są w sytuacji finansowej umożliwiającej zapewnienie tych środków, co potwierdzają załączone do wniosku sprawozdania finansowe, a także zaświadczenie z banku o posiadanych środkach pieniężnych. The main objective of the project is to launch an installation producing electricity and heat in the technology of high-efficiency cogeneration from natural gas. Achieving the target will make it possible to achieve a positive impact on the environment by providing significant quantified energy savings and enabling an increase in the use of high-efficiency cogeneration in Poland. The installation of high-efficiency cogeneration will be located on a plot with registration number 93/31 within Prawcin, ul. Opolska 30, 55-011, Siechnice commune, Wrocław district, Lower Silesian Voivodeship (less developed region). The installation will be connected directly to the plant. The implementation of the project aims to achieve the following objectives: — installation of equipment with a total electrical capacity of 8,654 MWel; — installation of equipment with a total thermal input of 7,382 MWth; — annual electricity production of 52962.48 MWh; — annual heat production of 162 640.22 GJ; — reducing carbon dioxide emissions by replacing electricity and heat produced conventionally 59 531.08 tonnes of CO2 per year; — supply of heat to the production plant of PPO Siechnice; — increasing the country’s energy security and diversifying sources of electricity origin.
