SA 42799(2015/X) Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników prac badawczo-rozwojowych przeprowadzonych na zlecenie wnioskodawcy przez zewnętrzny podmiot. Przeprowadzone badania umożliwiły opracowanie nowej energooszczędnej technologii wytwarzania opakowań PET, w produkcji wody butelkowanej. Celem inwestycji jest wprowadzenie na rynek nowych produktów w postaci wody butelkowanej w ulepszone butelki PET o pojemności 0,5l; 0,7l; 1,0l; 1,5l; 5,0l, o zwiększonej wytrzymałości osiowej. Butelka PET będzie znacząco udoskonalona w porównaniu do butelek wytwarzanych za pośrednictwem tradycyjnych metod nagrzewania i rozdmuchu preform. Ponadto, rozwiązania procesowe wdrożone w ramach projektu umożliwią zmniejszenie kosztów procesu produkcji, dzięki czemu zostaną osiągnięte oszczędności w zużyciu energii i materiału PET, co wpisuje się w trend produkcji realizowanej według idei zrównoważonego rozwoju. Produkt powstały w wyniku realizacji projektu stanowi odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane potrzeby, wymagania i preferencje odbiorców. W ramach projektu założono realizację dwóch zadań: Zadanie 1: Budowa hali produkcyjnej, Zadanie 2: Zakup środków trwałych, niezbędnych do wdrożenia nowej technologii. (Polish)

SA 42799(2015/X) The object of the project is to implement the results of research and development carried out on behalf of the applicant by an external entity. The research made it possible to develop a new energy-efficient PET packaging technology in the production of bottled water. The objective of the investment is to launch new products in the form of bottled water in improved PET bottles of 0.5 litres; 0,7 l; 1,0 l; 1,5 l; 5.0 l, with increased axial strength. The PET bottle will be significantly improved compared to bottles produced by traditional preform heating and blasting methods. In addition, the process solutions implemented within the project will make it possible to reduce the costs of the production process, thanks to which savings in the consumption of energy and PET material will be achieved, which is part of the trend of production carried out according to the idea of sustainable development. The product resulting from the implementation of the project responds to the identified needs, requirements and preferences of the recipients. As part of the project, two tasks were planned: Activity 1: Construction of the production hall, Task 2: Purchase of fixed assets necessary for the implementation of new technology. (English)
