The aim of the project “Support for the implementation of integrated territorial investments in Jūrmala City Municipality, Phase II” is to increase the capacity of Jurmala City Council to fulfil the tasks specified in the Delegation agreement concluded on 11 November 2015 between the Jūrmala City Council and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Latvia for ensuring the selection of integrated territorial investment projects applications.The main activities of the project are the qualitative provision of the integrated territorial investment project applications process between the Jūrmala City Council and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Latvia for providing an integrated territorial investment project application selection process. Projekta „Atbalsts integrētu teritoriālo investīciju īstenošanai Jūrmalas pilsētas pašvaldībā, II kārta” mērķis ir paaugstināt Jūrmalas pilsētas domes kapacitāti uzdevumu izpildei, kas noteikti Deleģēšanas līgumā, kas 2015.gada 11.novembrī noslēgts starp Jūrmalas pilsētas domi un Latvijas Republikas Finanšu ministriju par integrētu teritoriālo investīciju projektu iesniegumu atlases nodrošināšanu.Projekta galvenās darbības ir kvalitatīva integrēto teritoriālo investīciju projektu iesniegumu atlases procesa nodrošināšana Jūrmalas pilsētas pašvaldībā, piesaistot vienu vērtēšanas komisijas sekretāru un vienu vērtēšanas komisijas tehnisko sekretāru, un objektīva lēmuma sagatavošanai nepieciešamos ekspertus, veicot atbilstošu iepirkumu.Projektā plānotie rezultāti - darbinieku skaits, kuru algas līdzfinansē tehniskā palīdzība – divi darbinieki - vienam 0.3 pilna laika slodze(tehniskais sekretārs) un vienam 0.5 pilna laika slodze (sekretārs); veikts viens iepirkums ekspertu piesaistīšanai, lai nodoršinātu pēc iespējas kvalitatīvāku vērtēšanas komisijas lēmumu sagatavošanu; Projekta īstenošanai kopējās plānotās izmaksas, tai skaitā attiecināmās izmaksas ir 45 158,00 EUR, kas 85% jeb 38 384,00 EUR apmērā tiek finansētas no Eiropas Sociālā fonda līdzekļiem un 15% jeb 6 774,00 EUR apmērā no valsts budžeta dotācijas. Projekta īstenošanas ilgums ir no 2019.gada janvāra līdz 2021.gada decembrim, 36 mēneši. (Latvian)
