The aim of the project is to improve access to quality health care services, especially for those at risk of social, territorial exclusion and poverty, to develop the technical provision of health care in the practice of Līga Bīlāne family doctor.Family doctor Līga Bīlānes from April 1st takes over the practice of family doctor Sandra Pūkaine. At the time of submission of the project, 1080 patients have been registered in the practice of the family doctor. On February 28, 2019, a lease agreement was concluded with the Saldus municipality’s Lutriņi parish for rent of non-residential premises in Skolas iela 5-2, Lutriņu parish, Saldus Municipality, for 20 years in order to ensure the practice of a family doctor. The practice of “Līga Bīlānes” family doctor is located in Saldus district Lutriņu parish, Skolas Street 5-2. Doctor’s practice is located 44 km from level III medical institution SIA “Kuldīgas slimnīca” and 12 km from level I medical institution SIA “Saldus Medical Centre”. Projekta mērķis ir uzlabot kvalitatīvu veselības aprūpes pakalpojumu pieejamību, jo īpaši sociālās, teritoriālās atstumtības un nabadzības riskam pakļautajiem iedzīvotājiem, attīstīt veselības aprūpes tehnisko nodrošinājumu Līgas Bīlānes ģimenes ārsta praksē.Ģimenes ārste Līga Bīlānes no š.g. 1.aprīļa pārņem ģimenes ārstes Sandras Pūkaines praksi. Projekta iesniegšanas brīdī ģimenes ārsta praksē ir reģistrēti 1080 pacienti. 2019.gada 28.februārī ir noslēgts telpu nomas līgums ar Saldus novada pašvaldības Lutriņu pagasta pārvaldi par nedzīvojamo telpu nomu Skolas ielā 5-2, Lutriņu pagastā, Saldus novadā ģimenes ārsta prakses nodrošināšanai uz 20 gadiem. "Līgas Bīlānes" ģimenes ārsta prakse atrodas Saldus novada Lutriņu pagasta, Skolas ielā 5-2. Ārsta prakse atrodas 44 km attālumā no III līmeņa ārstniecības iestādei SIA "Kuldīgas slimnīca" un 12 km attālumā no I līmeņa ārstniecības iestādes SIA "Saldus medicīnas centrs". Projektu plānots īstenot 6 mēnešu laikā no līguma spēkā stāšanās dienas.Projekta kopējās izmaksas plānotas 8000 euro. (Latvian)
