The aim of the project “Development of service infrastructure for implementation of deinstitutionalisation plan in Amata Municipality Spāre” is to create and develop community-based social service infrastructure in Spāre district.The project is implemented in synergy with the deinstitutionalisation plan of Vidzeme planning region developed within the framework of the 9.2.2.1 event “deinstitutionalisation”. For the year 2020, taking into account that Amata Municipality is a cooperation partner of Vidzeme planning region within the framework of 9.2.2.1 (cooperation agreement has been signed).The target groups of the project are:1) Adults with mental disabilities, who may potentially end up in a state long-term care institution and who have been determined to have severe or very severe disability, within the territory of the project the duration of the project is 25 for reasons of social disability. Projekta "Pakalpojumu infrastruktūras attīstība deinstitucionalizācijas plāna īstenošanai Amatas novada Spārē" mērķis ir izveidot un attīstīt sabiedrībā balstītu sociālo pakalpojumu infrastruktūru Amatas novada Spārē.Projekts tiek īstenots sinerģijā ar 9.2.2.1. pasākuma "Deinstitucionalizācija" ietvaros izstrādāto Vidzemes plānošanas reģiona Deinstitucionalizācijas plānu 2017. - 2020.gadam, ņemot vērā, ka Amatas novada pašvaldība ir Vidzemes plānošanas reģiona sadarbības partneris 9.2.2.1. pasākuma ietvaros (ir noslēgts sadarbības līgums).Projekta mērķa grupas ir:1) pilngadīgas personas ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem, kuras potenciāli var nonākt valsts ilgstošas aprūpes institūcijā un kurām ir noteikta smaga vai ļoti smaga invaliditāte (I vai II invaliditātes grupa).2) bērni ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem, kuriem ir noteikta invaliditāte un kuri dzīvo ģimenēs, un viņu likumiskie pārstāvji vai audžuģimenes.Projekta ietvaros plānots attīstīt infrastruktūru Spāres muižā, Spāres internātpamatskolas teritorijā, izveidojot tur sociālās rehabilitācijas pakalpojumu centru bērniem ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem, esošo internāta ēku pārbūvējot par grupu dzīvokļiem, izveidojot dienas aprūpes centru personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem un attīstot specializēto darbnīcu pilngadīgām personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem.Projekta ilgums ir 25 mēneši, Projekta iesniegumā iekļautās plānotās kopējās izmaksas ir 562 322,24 EUR, no tām projekta attiecināmās izmaksas ir EUR 562 322,24, ko veido ERAF līdzfinansējums EUR 289 274,24 un parējās izmaksas, kas ir nacionālais finansējums, tai skaitā, valsts budžeta dotācija, valsts budžeta finansējums un Amatas novada pašvaldības līdzfinansējums.
