The aim of the project is to provide and develop social service infrastructure for persons with mental disabilities, children with functional disorders and children under extra-family care for their individual needs in society, thus preventing the risk of these persons getting to long-term social care and social rehabilitation institutions.Based on the approved deinstitutionalisation plan of Zemgale Planning Region and in order to achieve the set goal, the following infrastructure will be created within the framework of the project:1. Multifunctional social service centre for adult persons with mental disorders (hereinafter – GRT) and for children with disabilities (hereinafter – FT) – a day-care centre for children with FT (10 places), a day-care centre for persons with GRT (20 places), a specialised workshop (10 places), a respite moment (12 places) at 9, Bauska Street. 2. Group apartments for persons with GRT (16 places) at Pļavu Street 12.3. It is planned to create a service close to family environment for children in non-family care at 33 Green Street (8 places). The premises of the building 267 m² will be renovated at 9industris Street and a new 150 m² extension will be built, environmental accessibility is ensured, internal engineering networks have been created (water supply, sewerage, improved ventilation system, improved power supply, gas heating system, electronic communications and network systems). The premises will be equipped with the necessary furniture, technical equipment, information and communication technologies. Group apartments at Pļavu Street 12 will be built as a new wooden frame modular system building, creating 16 places for people with GRT, common premises and premises for employees with a total living area of 634 m², environmental accessibility, internal engineering networks (water supply, sewerage, ventilation system, power supply, heating system, electronic communications and network systems), landscaped territory. Apartments and common areas will be equipped with the necessary material technical equipment – furniture, computer engineering, office equipment, household appliances.The 8 children in the care of an outside family will have the opportunity to grow to the family environment in conditions of close-to-family service, creating a service in an individual type of dwelling for 8 places at Zaļa Street 33, Bauska. In the building there will be simplified renovation of 228.9 m², rooms will be equipped with plumbing equipment, the building will be suitable for people with special needs – lifts; Electrical installation, landscaped area of 1.26 ha. The necessary equipment will be provided in the home premises – furniture, technical equipment, information and communication technology equipment.The total planned eligible costs of the project are EUR 1 739 498.93, including ERDF funding EUR 623324.55, state budget grant EUR 27 499.61, local government co-financing for eligible costs EUR 1 088 674.77. Projekta mērķis ir nodrošināt un attīstīt personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem, bērniem ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem un ārpusģimenes aprūpē esošiem bērniem viņu individuālām vajadzībām sabiedrībā balstītu sociālo pakalpojumu infrastruktūru Bauskas novadā, tādējādi novēršot risku šo personu nokļūšanai ilgstošas sociālās aprūpes un sociālās rehabilitācijas institūcijās.Pamatojoties uz apstiprināto Zemgales plānošanas reģiona deinstitucionalizācijas plānu un lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, projekta ietvaros tiks izveidoti sekojoša infrastruktūra sabiedrībā sabiedrībā balstītu sociālo pakalpojumu sniegšanu:1. Daudzfunkcionālais sociālo pakalpojumu centrs pilngadīgām personām ar garīga rakstura traucējumiem (turpmāk - GRT) un bērniem ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem (turpmāk - FT) - dienas aprūpes centrs bērniem ar FT (10 vietas), dienas aprūpes centrs personām ar GRT (20 vietas), specializētā darbnīca (10 vietas), atelpas brīdis (12 vietas) Rūpniecības ielā 9, Bauskā. 2. Grupu dzīvokļi personām ar GRT (16 vietas) Pļavu ielā 12.3. Ģimeniskai videi pietuvināta pakalpojuma izveide ārpusģimenes aprūpē esošiem bērniem plānots veidot Zaļajā iela 33 (8 vietas). Rūpniecības ielā 9 tiks atjaunotas ēkas telpas 267 m2 un izbūvēta jauna piebūve 150 m2 platībā, nodrošināta vides pieejamība, izveidoti iekšējie inženiertīkli (ūdensapgāde, kanalizācija, uzlabota ventilācijas sistēma, uzlabota elektroapgāde, izveidota gāzes apkures sistēma, izveidots elektronisko sakaru un tīklu sistēmas). Telpas tiks aprīkotas ar nepieciešamajām mēbelēm, tehnisko aprīkojumu, informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģijām. Grupu dzīvokļi Pļavu ielā 12 tiks būvēti kā jauna koka karkasa moduļu sistēmas ēka, izveidojot 16 vietas personām ar GRT, koplietošanas telpām un telpām darbiniekiem ar kopējo dzīvojamo platību 634 m2, nodrošināta vides pieejamība, izveidoti iekšējie inženiertīkli (ūdensapgāde, kanalizācija, ventilācijas sistēma, elektroapgāde, apkures sistēma, izveidots elektronisko sakaru un tīklu sistēmas), labiekārtota teritorija. Dzīvokļi un koplietošanas telpas tiks aprīkotas ar nepieciešamo materiāltehnisko aprīkojumu – mēbeles, datortehnika, biroja tehnika, sadzīves tehnika.Ārpusģimenes aprūpē nonākušiem 8 bērniem tiks nodrošināta iespēja augt ģimeniskai videi pietuvināta pakalpojuma apstākļos, izveidojot pakalpojumu individuāla tipa mājoklī 8 vietām Zaļā ielā 33, Bauskā. Ēkā tiks veikta vienkāršotā atjaunošana 228.9m2 platībā, telpas tiks aprīkotas ar santehnisko aprīkojumu, ēka tiks piemērota cilvēkiem ar īpašām vajadzībām – pacēlājiem; veikta elektroinstalācija, labiekārtota teritorija 1.26 ha platībā. Mājas telpās tiks nodrošināts nepieciešamais aprīkojums - mēbeles, tehniskais aprīkojums, informācijas un komunikācijas tehnoloģiju aprīkojums.Projekta kopējās plānotās attiecināmās izmaksas EUR 1 739 498.93, tai skaitā ERAF finansējums 623 324.55 EUR, valsts budžeta dotācija EUR 27 499.61, pašvaldības līdzfinansējums attiecināmo izmaksu segšanai EUR 1 088 674.77. Projekts tiks realizēts 36 mēnešos no 2020.gada janvāra līdz 2022.gada decembrim. (Latvian)
