Projekta mērķis saskan ar 9.2.2.3. pasākumu "Sabiedrībā balstītu sociālo pakalpojumu sniegšana", tas ir, ieviest sabiedrībā balstītu pakalpojumu pieejamību 25 bērniem ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem, kuriem ir noteikta invaliditāte, lai pilnveidotu viņu sociālās prasmes, uzlabotu funkcionālās spējas, veicinātu iekļaušanos sabiedrībā un celtu pašapziņu. Projekta īstenošanas ilgums ir 14 mēneši no līguma spēkā stāšanās dienas.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 103 096.00 EUR, no tām ESF finansējums ir 87 631.60 EUR jeb 85 % un valsts budžeta finansējums ir 15 464.40 EUR jeb 15%.Projekta rezultātā biedrībā "Cerību spārni" Siguldā, Rīgas ielā 1, tiks sniegti pieci sociālās rehabilitācijas pakalpojumi 25 bērniem ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem, kuriem ir noteikta invaliditāte un divi sociālās rehabilitācijas pakalpojumi 25 viņu likumiskajiem pārstāvjiem.
