Projekta mērķis ir Valsts SIA "Rīgas Tūrisma un radošās industrijas tehnikums" (turpmāk – RTRIT) tālāka materiāli tehniskās bāzes un infrastruktūras modernizācija, mācību vides izveide atbilstoši tautsaimniecības vadošo nozaru prasībām. Projekta ietvaros plānotās darbības vērstas uz profesionālās izglītības kvalitātes, pievilcības un pieejamības veicināšanu.Projekts tiek īstenots saskaņā ar RTRIT Attīstības un investīciju stratēģiju 2015.–2020.g.Projekts tiks īstenots Rīgas plānošanas reģionā, Rīgas pilsētas pašvaldībā – A.Deglava 41 A un A.Deglava 41 B, kur ēkas daļēji atrodas uz zemesgabaliem Purvciema 20, Rīgā, savukārt plānotā multifunkcionālā sporta zāle un sporta laukums paredzēti uz zemesgabala Nīcgales 26, Rīgā. Latgales plānošanas reģionā Preiļu novada pašvaldībā – A.Paulāna 2a un Sporta 1. Adrese multifunkcionālajai sporta zālei un sporta laukumam precizēta pēc zemesgabalu apvienošanas projekta īstenošanas laikā (Rīgas pilsētas Vidzemes priekšpilsētas Tiesas Zemesgrāmatu nodaļas 29.06.2017.Nodalījuma noraksts Nr.7-1/3480).RTRIT kopā ar sadarbības partneri – Valsts izglītības attīstības aģentūru - plāno veikt šādas darbības:1.projekta īstenošanas vietā Rīgā1.1.īstenot būvdarbus (iesk.teritorijas labiekārtošanu): a)Mācību korpusa pārbūve;b)Mācību darbnīcu pārbūve;d)Multifunkcionālas sporta zāles būvniecība un sporta laukuma pārbūve;1.2.modernizēt (M) vai izveidot (I) izglītības programmas:a)Tūrisma un atpūtas organizācija (M);b)Lauku tūrisma pakalpojumi (M);c)Tūrisma pakalpojumi (M);d)Gaļas produktu ražošana (I);e)Pārtikas produktu kvalitātes kontrole (I); 2.projekta īstenošanas vietā Preiļos:2.1.Īstenot dienesta viesnīcas pārbūvi (iesk.teritorijas labiekārtošanu) Andreja Paulāna ielā 2a, Preiļos ;2.2.nodrošināt izglītības programmu īstenošanu Preiļos:a)Miltu izstrādājumu ražošana (I) Sporta ielā 1;b)Viesnīcu pakalpojumi (I) Andreja Paulāna ielā 2a.3.projekta īstenošanas vietās Rīgā un Preiļos:3.1.Informāciju un komunikāciju tehnoloģiju (turpmāk – IKT) risinājumu ieviešana un aprīkojuma iegāde;3.2.dabaszinātņu un matemātikas kabinetu iekārtošana un jaunu kabinetu izveidošana;3.3.mēbeļu un aprīkojuma iegāde ergonomiskas un mūsdienu prasībām atbilstošas mācību vides izveidei.Projekta īstenošana plānota no līguma noslēgšanas līdz 31.12.2021.(56 pilni mēn.), izmaksas – EUR 13522967. Ar projekta iesnieguma sagatavošanu saistītās darbības uzsāktas 2016. gada oktobrī. Izsludināts 25.11.2016.iepirkums “Valsts SIA „Rīgas Tūrisma un radošās industrijas tehnikums” multifunkcionālās sporta zāles jaunbūves un sporta laukuma pārbūves būvprojekta izstrāde un autoruzraudzība”, ID Nr.VIAA 2016/36 ERAF RTRIT.Projekta īstenošanas rezultātā tiks uzlabota RTRIT infrastruktūra, nodrošinot nepieciešamās telpas un aprīkojumu prioritāro izglītības programmu īstenošanai. Projekta īstenošana nodrošinās ES tirgus prasībām atbilstošu speciālistu sagatavošanu, sekmējot Latvijas tautsaimniecības konkurētspēju un eksportspēju. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is further modernisation of the technical base and infrastructure of the State SIA “Riga Tourism and Creative Industry Technical School” (hereinafter – RTRIT), creation of a learning environment in accordance with the requirements of the leading sectors of the economy. The project is implemented in accordance with RTRIT Development and Investment Strategy 2015-2020.The project will be implemented in Riga planning region, Riga City Municipality – A.Deglava 41 A and A.Deglava 41 B, where buildings are partly located on land plots Purvciema 20, Riga, while the planned multifunctional gym and sports ground are planned on the land plot Nīcgales 26, Riga. Latgale Planning Region in Preili Municipality – A.Paulāna 2a and Sports 1. The address for multifunctional sports hall and sports court has been clarified after the unification of land plots during the implementation of the project (Description of Land Registry Office of the Land Registry Office of Riga City Vidzeme Suburb 29.06.2017 Section No.7-1/3480).RTRIT together with the cooperation partner – State Education Development Agency – plans to carry out the following actions: A)Reconstruction of the learning block;(b)Reconstruction of training workshops;(d)Construction of a multifunctional sports hall and reconstruction of a sports ground;1.2.modernise (M) or create (I) educational programs:(a)Tourism and recreation organisation (M);(b)Rural tourism services (M);c)Tourism services (M);d)Manufacture of meat products (I);e)Food products quality control (I); At the site of project 2 in Preili:2.1.Implementing the reconstruction of the service hotel (development of the area) Andreja Paulāna iela 2a, Preiļi; 2.2. ensure implementation of educational programs in Preiļi:a)Manufacture of products (I)Manufacture of light products (I)Conclusion services (I) Installation of technical equipment at 2a.3 Andreja Paulāna Street 3 project implementation in Riga and Preiļi: 3.1. Activities related to the preparation of the project application started in October 2016. The procurement "State Ltd. "Riga Tourism and Creative Industry Technical School" construction project development and author supervision of the multifunctional sports hall, ID Nr.VIAA 2016/36 ERAF RTRIT. As a result of the project, RTRIT infrastructure will be improved by providing the necessary premises and equipment for the implementation of the priority education programmes. The implementation of the project will ensure the preparation of specialists meeting the requirements of the EU market, contributing to the competitiveness of the Latvian economy and export capacity.
